When we contacted CPS about a retaining wall in our steeply-sloped back yard we had already received several quotes, all around the same price, but we went with CPS because of the diligence of Bob, the regional rep, and Pedro, "his guy" for anything having to do with these walls. Their meticulous planning, explanations, and responsiveness really gave us confidence that the project would meet or exceed our expectations.

It's one thing for a salesman to say "I guarantee you will love this when it is done"-- how many times have you heard some variation of that from a sales guy?-- but Bob was true to his word. Despite weather setbacks and a project that grew more complicated than originally thought we truly are delighted with the way it turned out. Even after the extra time they still put in finishing touches and a few surprise enhancements, at no extra charge, to make sure we would really love this wall.  Most other companies would rush to get to the next job but the quality of the finished product really mattered to them as much as it did to us.

CPS removed existing tub and shower Inclosure and replaced it with a beautiful tile walk in shower with a bench seat and grab bars.  They worked quickly and carefully.
