CPS Construction provides residential and commercial construction services including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and decks across North and South Carolina. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
All service estimates are free and non-binding until a formal agreement is signed. Once agreed upon, clients must adhere to the terms outlined in the service contract including payment schedules and work timelines.
Payment must be made as agreed in the service contract. We accept major payment methods unless otherwise stated. Delayed payments may incur late fees or cause work delays.
You may cancel a project prior to work beginning. Any cancellations made after materials are ordered or work has begun may be subject to restocking or labor fees. Refunds will be processed per the conditions set in your service contract.
Our workmanship is backed by limited warranties, depending on the service type and materials used. Manufacturer warranties may also apply. CPS Construction is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Clients are responsible for providing site access, necessary permits (if not handled by CPS), and timely communication. Delays caused by customer inaction may result in project rescheduling or additional fees.
All website content, designs, and materials are owned or licensed by CPS Construction and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
CPS Construction shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of Cleveland County, NC.
