Our house needed a lot of work done. Siding was rotting, windows were bad, porch cover and deck rotting, roof needed work. Ben came out and walked through every part of our house and came up with a gameplay to replace 17 windows, 2 doors, replace two sliding glass doors, replace our patio cover, replace our second story deck snd stairs, and do some roof repairs, and finished up with new gutters on the house. The crews were all very professional and did amazing work, and Ben answered every one of our numerous questions and requests. I had a great experience with CPS Construction replacing my roof. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the process was professional and well organized. The crew arrived on time and worked hard through one of the hottest days of the year to get the job done before an approaching storm. They also cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the workmanship gives me confidence it was done right. Communication was excellent throughout the project and any questions I had were answered promptly.
